Mind Chapters is dedicated to publishing wellbeing stories written by children. Submissions are now OPEN! To mark our launch, our first anthology, “A School for Grown Ups”, published on October 3rd, World Smile Day, exploring what adults can learn from children.
What Kids Can Teach Adults About Life
We are inviting children aged 6–17 to submit original stories, poems, or illustrated tales that show the lessons adults can learn from kids—about kindness, courage, resilience, friendship, gratitude, or simply seeing the world through fresh eyes.

Every Child is a Storyteller

Every participant receives a digital certificate celebrating their creativity.

Selected stories may appear in our online Story Library or in our first printed anthology.

Writers featured in the print anthology will receive a complimentary copy.

The anthology may be shared or sold to celebrate and promote young writers.
Submission Dates:
October 3rd – February 15th
How to Submit:

Story Length: Up to 1,000 words.

How to Send: A parent, guardian, or teacher should email the story to mindchapters@outlook.com with the subject line: “Story Submission – [First Name], [Age]” (e.g., Story Submission – Mia, Age 10).

Pictures: Attach clear photos or scans of any illustrations.

Consent for Publication: Selected stories will require a consent form. Copyright remains with the young writer.
