Stories by kids, for kids

At Mind Chapters, we believe every child’s voice deserves to be heard. Every child who submits a story is valued and will receive a certificate of appreciation, recognizing their effort and creativity.

Not every story will make it into a printed anthology, but selected stories may be featured in our Wellbeing Story Library—a special online space where stories can support and uplift children, showing that no one is alone in their experiences. These stories help children feel understood, inspired, and encouraged through the power of storytelling.

Why the Story Library Matters

Have you ever read a story that made you feel better when you were worried, sad, or confused? Maybe it was about someone facing their fears, making new friends, or learning to be brave. Now it’s your turn to write a story that can help other kids feel better too!

Whether you want to write about a magical creature learning courage or a superhero facing big challenges, your words can make a difference. The Children’s Wellbeing Story Library is a place where your voice matters, and your stories help build a community of kindness, understanding, and bravery.

A Few Things to Know

  • Selection: Not all stories will be chosen for the Library or print anthology, but every story is carefully reviewed.

  • Consent: If your story is selected, we will contact your parent or guardian for permission before it is shared online or in print.

  • Images: You can include drawings or illustrations with your story. Please make sure they are appropriate and safe for sharing.

We can’t wait to read your story and see how you’ll help other young people feel better!
